Dear Choir & Peter Pan Cast,
I had to pre-order Park Passes and Meal tickets to Michigan's Adventure for this Saturday, June 2nd. It's a bit tricky when you're unsure of how many people are available go, but I had to commit to hold our spot. As of the moment, I still have 34 remaining park tickets and 23 remaining lunch passes that have already been paid for. The break down is as follows: $24 for the Park Pass and $14 for the All-You-Can-Eat Lunch Pass. Some people already had a Season Pass to the Park so the totals do not match if that makes sense. The normal price at the gate is almost $38 with taxes and fees, so in a way, it's like getting the meal "for free". All this to say:
Please email or call to hold a spot if you're interested. If I have any tickets or passes left by tomorrow, Wednesday May 30th, I will release them to R-P staff or the public. Thanks! Deidra Ross

Peter Pan Show T-Shirts, Best blue jeans (Boys) or black leggings (Girls), Black Flat Shoes (or Black Jazz Shoes for Named Character Cast Members). Concert Performance and Class Grade: As Choir is a performance-based class, concert attendance is a mandatory portion of a student’s participation in the RP Choir program. Additionally, all dates were given in September along with a Parent/Student Contract regarding class information. In the event that a student cannot attend a pre-schedule performance or concert, the following procedures will be used to determine student grade: Excused Absence: Illness, Family Emergency Excused Absence Requirements: Parent phone call, email or note explaining the absence and the completion of (1) of the following make-up assignments (Student Choice): A concert reflection paper (after viewing concert DVD) or Concert Interview. Additionally, absent students will be required to sing a small portion of a song or two from the concert privately with the instructor to demonstrate their preparedness for the missed performance. Unexcused Absence: Skipping concert, no ride (teacher can help with transportation issues), Lack of parental communication in advance. Unexcused absences result in an automatic 0 for the performance grade and cannot be made up. Since performance is 50% of a student's grade in choir, absent students are required to submit make-up work in lieu of attending. Please be sure to make arrangements for your student to attend the concert. Thanks & I’m looking forward to a wonderful musical experience with your student &family!
